Fili Hotel Apartments is a family owned complex in Tigaki village, which is famous for its big sandy beach and the crystal warm waters. Fili has expanded several times over the years, increasing both in size and services to better satisfy our customers’ desires. Now our complex comprises of 54 apartments and studios, on two floors spit into 2 blocks in an area of 9000 sq.m. Fili is attractively designed amongst lushly green gardens and surrounded by trees and fields. Our Hotel Apartments has always been a favorite because of its cozy atmosphere and its quiet location. Our aim is for every guest to feel at home and enjoy the really best of Greek hospitality.

Fili Hotel Apartments is located in Tigaki, a beautiful beach resort that lies in the north part of the island of Kos. Tigaki is one of the best beaches in Kos with soft white sand, clean shallow waters and many activities and its center is full of cafes, bars, tavernas and shops. Our hotel is just 250m from the beach and 1300m from the center of the village (just 20 minutes walk having the beautiful beach by your side). This small distance from the center makes Fili a quiet resort but at the same time close enough to the center of the action. Also, the bus stop is just outside the hotel area and there are daily busses to Tigaki center and Kos town.

In our complex there are two big outdoor swimming pools with sunbeds and a small one for the kids, which makes us the perfect base for holidays in the sun. There is also a children’s playground area, a reception area, bar and restaurant with homemade food by Helen in very reasonable prices. In addition, safety boxes, money exchange, free wi-fi and satellite TV at the reception and bar area, internet kiosk and free parking area.

The 54 guestrooms have air-conditioning and access to balconies with beautiful view. They provide an equipped kitchenette with fridge, kettle, cooking rings as well as all the necessary cooking utilities. Of course, they are equipped with sheets, blankets and towels of bathroom and have daily maid service.

Fili Hotel Apartments is named after the Greek word “Φίλοι”, which means “Friends”. And that’s what we are trying to do: Make our visitors and quests our friends. We want to ensure you will have a pleasant stay and that you will feel that here is your holiday home where you have people that care of you and make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
